Find your active rental and remaining time
Open the Nexus dashboard to find Currently Rented Accounts, then select the account you are using. Check the remaining time before starting another game. Your session has a recorded expiry; closing the app should not be treated as a way to pause that timer.
Use the account details for the available actions. If the rental has already expired, it is no longer the same as an active rental that you can extend or return. Refresh the view when the status seems out of date and check Rental history for completed sessions.
Review an extension before adding time
Choose the extension action on the active rental and select an offered duration. Review the extra time and coin cost before confirming. The service checks the rental’s ownership and current state, so an outdated screen may need to be refreshed before an action can complete.
After a successful extension, check the updated expiry in Nexus. Plan for the session you intend to play rather than assuming time can always be added at the last moment. If the request fails, read the displayed explanation and inspect the current rental state before retrying.
Return an account when you have finished
When you are done, open the account’s return or Drop Account action. Review the refundable amount shown by the app and confirm if you want to end the rental. A return releases the account and ends your access to that session; it is not a pause or a reservation for later.
The refundable amount depends on the rental and its recorded charges. This guide does not promise a fixed percentage or a refund for every situation. Use the amount displayed for your actual rental before you confirm the return.
Check the result in Rental history
Rental history helps you review ended sessions, extension counts and recorded coin amounts. Use it alongside your current coin balance to understand the result of a return. A Discord notification can help you notice an event, while the app’s recorded rental and balance are where you review its status.
If a return or extension appears incomplete, collect the approximate time, the rental reference and the visible error for support. Do not send your password or private authentication information in a support message. The Nexus Discord link on the website leads to the support channels.
A simple end-of-session routine
Finish the game, review the rented account in Nexus and return it if you no longer need the remaining time. Confirm the updated status and balance before starting a different rental. This keeps your account slots and session history easier to follow.
If you expect to continue, compare the available extension with starting a new rental. Current inventory and pricing can change, and a returned account may become available to another user. Favorites are useful for finding an account again, but they do not hold it for you.
