What does renting a League account mean?
A League of Legends account rental gives you access to an available account for a selected period. In Nexus, you browse the current inventory in the Windows app, review an account and its rental options, and confirm the coin cost before starting. The rental has an expiry time that you can see in the app.
This differs from purchasing an account: a timed rental ends when you return it or its time expires. You should choose your duration for the session you actually plan to play, and check availability again when you need another account. A previously available account may be rented by someone else later.
Check the account before you start
The best choice starts with the details you need for that session. Region, queue, rank and champion ownership all matter. A rank label alone does not tell you whether the account fits your planned game, and Solo/Duo and Flex information should be checked separately.
Nexus lets you filter the catalog by supported region, rank, division, queue, champions, skins and restrictions. The results reflect the inventory available at the time. Open an account’s details before renting it, and read the restriction information rather than assuming every account is unrestricted.
- Choose the server you intend to play on.
- Select the queue and rank range that fit your session.
- Check that the account owns the champions you need.
- Read any restriction information and review the rental cost.
How to rent a League account with Nexus
Download Nexus for Windows from the official Nexus website and sign in to the desktop app. Open Accounts, apply your filters and select an available account. Choose one of the offered durations, review the coin amount and confirm the rental. Plan eligibility and the available rental options are checked by the service.
Once the rental starts, use the account’s login action in Nexus and follow any verification shown by the official Riot Client. If the client requests an interactive step, complete that step before continuing. Keep the remaining rental time in view while playing; the app’s timer is the reference for your access period.
Extensions, returns and coin costs
If you need more time, review the extension options for your active rental. An extension changes the expiry and can require additional coins. If you finish early, review the return action and the refundable amount shown before confirming. Do not assume a fixed refund percentage applies to every rental.
Current plans, durations and prices are shown in Nexus. Website examples are illustrative and should not be used as a quote. The final selection in the app is where you check your eligibility, the current cost and the account you are about to rent.
When Nexus is a useful starting point
Nexus brings account discovery and rental management into one Windows app for boosters and duo sessions. It is useful when you want to compare available accounts by practical filters and keep track of your active session, extensions and returns in the same place.
Nexus is an independent product and is not affiliated with Riot Games. Use only inventory supplied with the owner’s permission. No account rental or optional cosmetic feature comes with a guarantee about match results, account restrictions or future game compatibility. If a detail is unclear, contact Nexus support through the linked Discord before confirming.
